2) Pushup onto Boxes-3x3

3) Underhand MB Throws-8 Total

4) Squat-10x3 at 505, 90 seconds rest, changed b/t super narrow, medium and wide stances each set

5) 2 Board Press-315x3, 365x3, 405x3

6) Prowler Tempo Circuit w/ Pushups, Rows, Abs-2x6 rounds.
