last weeks work outs

7/15 DE squat
speed squat 455x6x2 w/blue band

GHR 5x12 inclined 10"

shrugs 3x15 500

one arm rows 3x12 110

back ext 3x12 w/buffalo bar 135

straight leg sit-ups w/bb 3x10 105

7/16 ME bench
floor press worked up to 500x1

DB ext 5x10 85lbs

side lat raise 3x20 40lbs

face pulls 3x15 150lbs

standing abs 3x15 100

7/18ME squat/DL
didn't really do much. i had a 2hr massage and art appointment and i kicked my ass. so i just screwed around a little.

7/20 DE bench
speed bench 9x3 225

push downs 3x12 full stack

DB cleans 3x15 25lbs

lat pull downs 3x15 full stack

incline sit-ups 3x20

took it a little easy, still a little sore from the massage work.

7/22 DE squat
speed squat 6x2 560 no bands

stiff leg DL off bent squat 2plates & 25 each side w/mmb & mb doubled 3x8

bent rows 3x12 off belt squat one plate each side & mb doubled

reverse hypers 3x12 330

standing crunches 3x15 100

a little bit of an easy week, i do feel better after the massage. next week i start training for november. i feel pretty strong rigth now so hopefully everything goes well.
