Saturday - Week 11 accumulation II squat/dl

SSB Squats 260 6x5
The plan is to add 10 lbs a week. Once I get back to more reasonable numbers I will switch to 5/3/1. The good news is that the snapping hip is almost a non issue. Slow and steady.
Sunday - Week 11 accumulation II /cardiac/recovery
Deep tissue massage
This was my second visit with Heather. She is one of the few masseuses that can truly give deep tissue. I told her she's like a Sour Patch Kid, first she's naughty then she is nice.
I made the mistake of telling her my calves needed a lot of work. I would have loved a video of my facial expressions as she drove her elbows into my calves. She worked the rest of my body as well, especially my pecs/shoulders. She actually got on the table with me to drive her elbows in there. She's an animal. My calves were way too beat up for cardiac work so I had to skip it.
The other morning I woke up and saw an infommercial about sore feet and calves and was really interested. This is how I know I'm getting really old. Anyway, it was for compression socks. Fortunately I own a few pair from my "even fatter" days. So I donned a pair for old times sake. We'll see if they make a difference.
