Yeah, I'm a week behind! I do have some new irons in the fire, hopefully with my resolution to help people become healthier in sports. I should know more in the next 3-4 weeks.

Toying with bringing up some raw rep work with 275-315 on the bench press.

Bench Press
225 x 6
315 x 4 (most in a long time)
Add Shirt
377 x 3 x 3, 1 board
400 x 2 x 2, 3 board paused

Incline Bench Press
with pro short red bands
Bar x bunch
135 x few
185 x 3
229 x 1 (sadly a PR)

One Arm Dbell Strict
65 x 6 each arm
85 x 3 each arm...PR

JM Press to Tricep Ext
3 sets back to back to back

3 Sets of Rows
3 Sets of Curls
1 Set of GHR
1 Set of Abs
