Sunday - Week 13 sq/dl

Half a$$ed warmup
Physio ball rev hypers 3x10
Physio ball crunches 3x10
SSB squats 270 6x5
Sumo dl 270x5

Yep, 10 lbs a week. Much like with benching, I am liking some more rep work than usual. I am getting a good groove to my squat. Stance actually keeps getting more narrow and they feel better and better.
