1) OHB MB Throws x10

2) Drop Pushups 3x2

3) Bench-315x8x5, 75 seconds rest

4) Chest Supported Row-4x15

5a) Upper Back Jack (10 cleans, 10 bentover flies, 10 military press) x2 rounds
5b) Hammer Curls-2x15ish
5c) One Arm Shrug-2x15ish
5d) DB Skullcrushers-2x15ish

6) Prowler Tempos-2x8x40 yds-40 yard Prowler pushes followed by either 10 pushups, 10 blast strap rows or 20-30 reps of abs.
