Trained at Poundstone's again. I probably spent more time bs'ing with Derek than I should have. I already put a timer in my bag for my next session. My sets moved easily and I kept the rest short, it was between sets that I killed a lot of time. Must remedy that.
Feeling quite beat up today. So much so that I even took some Aleve and I never do that. Going to have to really stay on top of my recovery this week. Friday's schedule looks brutal.
