Wed training-- nothing much to report

Not much goin here. still hobbling around from the squat mishap so takin it easy.

foam roll back
stretch lats and pecs
lat pulls 4 x10 reps
rev hyper, no weight 5 x10 reps (low back really tight, this was painful in the bottom when the verts pulled)
rev crunches 5x10-15 (just trying to loosen up low back
CG speed bench- 225x9x3reps paused
dead hang for time for grip- 3 rounds of 1 minute
Stretch external rotation
