Saturday - Cardiac/recovery

Treadmill, 20 minutes at heart rate 120
Foam roll upper and lower

Looking forward to the deload. Also looking forward to cardio at heart rate 100 for the week. I must be getting in too good of condition. It's getting harder and harder to hit my target heart rate. In the good old days my heart rate would hit 120 just walking to the treadmill.
