Weighed 299.something for the 4th day in a row. This is down from 316 on January 1st

1) Overhead Backwards MB Throw x6

2) Drop Pushups 6x2

3) Bench-Up to 385x10 (projected max of 512), my best comparable rep performance is 425x7 (projected max of 523) which was done at a bodyweight of about 323.

4) Chest Supported Rows-4x10

5) Shoulders, Traps, Bis, Tris for 2x12-20 each, just moved quick and got a pump.
