Jan 31, Bench Band Crazy!

Deloading...which basically means that I'm going to do whatever I want to in the gym, not stress about it, not beat myself up, do something different from what I've been doing, and not push myself mentally.

Started out doing some band speed work and just decided to have a fun day with it.

*** Important to note that every set was super setted with me coughing, hacking, and spitting out parts of my lungs.

Bench Press
with doubled mini bands

with doubled EFS Pro Light Band
