Man, I did not want to train. It was hard getting back into things after the deload week. Anyway, I got it done. It's not like this is crazy hard work anyway. Just working my way up each week. I have to video my squats. My stance is pretty close I believe and I am banging off the racks on the way down. Might be going too deep. For the deadlifts I did my warmups and the first rep with 290 hook. Just practicing. The rest were double overhand. I'd be psyched if I could eventually work up to a 600 lb hook.
