Floor press thumb from smooth 405/435/465/425x2
Lat pulldown 120/130/140x10
Plate raises 3x10
Iced pecs 20 minutes
This session was pretty brutal. Just for kicks I added up the volume of pressing and it was just short of 11,000 lbs. That sounds like a lot of weight to me. Luckily I get to bench again on Friday. Sweet!
I forgot my foam roller and it sure made a difference. My pecs did not feel the love of pressing without their foam rolling warmup. It was a good learning experience. I won't forget my roller again.
