Tuesday - Week 7 cardiac/recovery

Treadmill, 20 minutes @ heart rate 120
Softball roll, pecs and shoulders
Contrast shower

My conditioning continues to improve. I get less winded from running and "other" activities. I am constantly upping the speed and incline on the treadmill to hit my target heart rate.

Feeling sore from Monday's volume. I'm going to do extra recovery on Wednesday to get ready for Friday. Finally get to bench in the 500's again.
