Saturday Training

First time back under the squat bar today. A little awkward.

lots of foam rolling and stretching
just some sets w 155 to loosen up and get the groove back. Hip felt good after was in the groove after a few.

155x10x2sets, 155x5x5 sets
SLDL 315x10x3sets
pullups super set w pushups 4 rounds 10/15
