2/22 Squat

1) Squat-Up to 600x3 in belt only, 695 and 735x1 with wraps

2) Pause Squat-5x3 at 405, 1 min rest b/t sets

3) RDLs-2x15 at 315

4) Straight Leg Situps-3x10 with 20kg KB on chest, I use the KB instead of a plate so the weight can be higher on the chest and thus more challenging.
