last weeks workouts
first week of meet training
speed strength 6x2 200w/3blue bands had a hard time getting the bar out of the rack the first couple of sets, because the band tension was so heavy
speed DL 6x1 500
back ext GHR combo 5x12 inclined 8"
shrugs 3x10 585
straight leg sit-ups 3x10 95 bar on back
put bench shirt on and felt like shit. warmed up to 575 and didn't have much in the tank. jumped to 625 and had too much shirt and couldn't get the bar down, and shut it down.
lat pulldowns 3x15 200
push downs 3x15 full stack
this training day felt like a waist of time. head just was not into it.
chain suspened GM wide stance worked up to 585x1 down set close stance 450x5
inverse leg curls 3x12
land mines 3x20 25lbs
seated toe raises 3x20 3plates
reverse hypers feet wide 3x12 250
speed bench 9x3 225
tate press 5x20 50lbs
face pull sitting 3x15 150lbs
side lat raise 3x20 35lbs
standing crunches 3x20 full stack
all and all not a bad week. ME bench day sucked but oh well! other wise the week was pretty good.
