Thursday Upper body work (YES YOU READ IT CORRECTLY)

Elbow is feeling pretty good now, so Im going to be doing some upper body training. This isn't targeted to improve my bench, but I could use some additional muscle on my upper body, and I'm sure it will help with my squats and pulls as well. Its done more bodybuilding style, with slower reps and more volume. This will help add muscle, but the slower movement speeds will hopefully help save some wear and tear on my elbow.

Treadmill
5 minutes to warmup

Static Stretching
Hams, Quads, Back, Pecs, shoulders

Decline Press Machine
2 plates/side 4x12

Machine Press Neutral Grip
140 3x15

DB Lateral raise
5x15

Upright Row
4x12

Rear Delt Machine
4x20

Lat Pulls
4x20
These were done more to get some extra volume in for my upper back and some recovery type work. I was pretty sore from pulling on Tuesday, and this seemed to help.
