Monday - blah

did some cardio today, had zero time to get to the gym. WORK, work and more work. Then, since I'll be gone for a week I went with the fam to my daughters gymnastics class. Got home, and pumped this out:

Foam Roller
Elliptical - 30 minutes
avg. hr - 116

Rumble Roller
static stretching

eating now.
Was in the office all day today so I actually got some good meals in:
Meal #1
1/2 cup steel cut oats (makes a ton of chow)
1/2 cup blueberries
2 scoops whey
1 tbsp natty pb

Meal #2
1 cup measure cooked rice with egg and carrots
8oz chicken

Meal #3
2 scoops Mag-10

Meal #4
metabolic Drive bar
1 banana

Meal #5
6oz eye of round steak
1 cup broccoli
1 cup measured cooked rice with egg and carrots

Meal #6
cooking some eggs, toast and bacon. As i type this, bacon is sizzling and wife is stirring the eggs, bread is in the toaster.

My weight this morning was 184. So the 187 was just holding some water weight. This weekend my daughter had her birthday so I had some cake and cookies on top of my meals. So I am definitely holding more water than normal. I'll double my FLAMEOUT intake and hopefully tackle the inflammation.
