Sunday - Week 5 deload lower

Slimming seven special warmup
Some type of ab work 2x15 (I'm really so old I can't remember the name of the exercise right now)
Physio ball rev hyper holds 2x15 seconds
Sumo dl w/hook grip 275 3x6

I can't believe I am down to week 5. The meet is going to be here before I know it. Body is slowly feeling better. I am going to be freaking out not pressing for two weeks. Just have to stay on top of the little stuff.
