Feb 28, Bench Press CRASH!
OK, I had to know that the crash was on it's way. I've felt like deep fried poop for several days at this point. Monday I felt horrible and spent most of the day on the couch (it was a Holiday).
I'm not sure what wasn't sore when I got to the gym on Monday...and I don't just mean a little muscularly sore. Every tendon I could think of...hurt and just didn't get any better. Still it was either going to be a 1RM day or a deload day.

nearly dumped them, rotated my shoulders to get it to touch, shot it over my face...I just missed it.

Incline Bench Add Short Light Bands 135 x 6 185 x 3 Added Short Mini Bands CRASH!!!! 135 X 5
Fat Gripz Dbell 90 lbs x 1 each 122 x 1 each 140 x 0 each
Sand Bag 1 clean...one bust...because the day was going so well anyway
Tricep Punch Downs
Biceps, Dear Lord, These are Hell
GHR and ABS 2 sets each 2nd set with a 10kg plate
