3/7 Squat

1) Squat-Up to 635x3 in belt
705x1 in 2.5m EFS Heavy Knee Wrap (these are 1.5 years old and aren't that much aid anymore)
735x1 in 3.0m EFS Super Heavy Knee Wrap

It was the 1st time I wore the Super Heavys and too be honest, I wasn't a huge fan. Maybe its because I wrap my own knees, or maybe because they were brand new, but they were so stiff I couldn't stretch them at all and didn't feel like the rebound was great, but the stop power was. I think they are better suited to geared lifters.

2) Pause Squats-405x7x3, 1 min rest b/t sets

3) RDLs-365x3x10

4) Straight Leg Situps-3x8 with 28kg
