Tuesday - Week 4 cardiac/recovery

20 minute walk with 40lb weight vest
Foam roll upper and lower

During realization my heart rate range is supposed to be between 100 and 130. I'm aiming low and going with 100. I'm bored stupid not training heavy. It's like I'm counting the minutes until Friday's bench session.
