Tuesday, March 6 BENCH!
I'm having one of those weeks. My most recent blood work showed that I am slightly anemic again (as always really) so I'm probably losing blood somewhere.
I'm a little up in arms about what I should be doing with my bench press routine. I will probably soon change to do more "speed" work and/or I'll just have to adjust to the increased volume that I'm doing on Sunday's...which means that I'll lower my training max about 20 lbs again and just start repeating my routine...increasing my accessory work again.
Bench Press 350.5 x 4 x 3 sets, 2 board 375 x 3 x 3, 3 board
Incline Bench Press range of motion work
Chins with S-Train
