I'd been feeling run down, but not any real nausea. Wednesday night I started loosing blood when I went to the bathroom, it had eased up by Thursday morning but I can't say that I had the most energy I'd ever had in my life or anything.
Supposed to be a gut check rep day...and it was.
Box Squats 511 x 5 601 x 5 680 x 10...PR
...laid against the rack for a while, then on my keg chair against my cold log that is propped up against the wall.
I looked at the log...but never moved it, much less pressed it. Which only left GHR, ABS, Lats, Biceps, Triceps, and maybe stones.
I looked at the GHR, thought about doing abs. Nearly puked while doing 40 rep sets of triceps, biceps, and lats. Rolled myself into the car in a tank top, top down, and drove as fast as possible across town while trying to cool off and feel better.
Took me 7 hours to feel "right" again...
