Sunday - Squat and Dl, does anyone really give a *$#!
Yes I did some abs, low back, squats, and dealifts. I didn't go over 405 so it's lame. I am going to change the programming after my 3/31 meet. I gotta start moving some heavier weights.
I have been entertaining the idea of dropping to 242 this summer and training for a full meet raw. That's why I have been using a regular bar to deadlift and removed the box on the squat. However, with multi ply looking like it's going to be back at the Arnold, I want to get on that stage again.
I plan to drop 10 lbs so I'm walking around at 275. With that I am going back to the trap bar and using a box for squatting. There's just much less chance of injury for me and because of that I can move heavier weights. For now I just want to get stronger to build a bigger bench.
