Landed earlier than expected today from my flight, so ran to the gym to squat. Check it out:

145 x 2 x 5 reps
235 x 2 x 5 reps
285 x 5 reps

Lunges
bb x 20 steps
55lbs x 20 steps
75lbs x 20 steps

Circuit
Hanging Leg Raises
band pull aparts
Adductors
Wall squats
3 x 15 reps each
