Day 3 week 1 - Deadlifts

Today was rough, early morning session before a flight out. The tough part was loosening up with all the soreness I have going.

Anyways, heart rate attack again, check it out:

Warmed up

Conventional deadlifts
bar x 10
135 x 6
225 x 6
315 x 6
405 x 6
365 x 3 x 6 reps

Reverse BB Lunges
bar x 10
95 x 10
135 x 10
115 x 3 x 10 reps
*this is just torture

Bridge with extension
plank with abduction
single leg v sit up
DB side bends
3 total circuits

Two things were noted today. One, my stamina still sucks, but recovery is not bad. After the end of every set we were breathing hard but it would quickly subside. Our heart rate was pumping, we cleaned this session up in an hour not including warm up. Once we finished my heart rate lowered pretty quickly. These sessions have been leaving spent though. I'm sleeping like a baby.
