speed squat 6x2 3blue bands 235bar weight

pull throughs 3x12 3plates each side

inverse leg curls 3x8 inclined 8"

straight leg sit-ups bar on back 3x8 75lbs


ME bench
6" pin lock outs worked up to 550x1 not one of my better exercises

DB ext 5x10 80lbs

face pulls 3x15 175lbs

DB cleans 3x20 20lbs

standing crunches 3x15 150

missed the rest of the week. i was helping out at the IPA worlds and didn't have the time.
