Monday (Lower) and Wednesday (upper) training
Deadlifts- up to 70%x 2setsx5reps, 1x8reps.
front squat- up to 405x5x3sets ; a lot harder after DL!
Got massage on legs and hips
Incline bench- up to 315x5x2sets, 315x6reps
dips, tried but hurt shoulder so moved on to back work
supported row- 5 or 6 sets of 12-12 slow controlled reps
pulldowns- hurting shoulder so just stretched a little
Incline bench felt great today. havent done that well or been pain free in a long time. Too bad everything else hurt! haha But bench training feels good for the most part despite this shoulder. Hope to creep up to 500+ again by June.
