Day 1 Week 3 - Squats

First day of the last week of this phase/block. So far, this has been awesome work. Today, the progress continued, check it out:

Warmed up
A&C
*adductor hurt the least of all days since the last 4 months

SSB Close Stance Squats
bar x 8
155 x 4
245 x 4
315 x 4
345 x 4
310 x 5 sets x 4 reps
*First time the last few sets and reps didn't look like good mornings. They were not perfect but much better from in comparison to previous weeks.

Eccentric GHRs
3 x 6 reps W/Average band + Mini band

Eccentric Pistol Squats
3 x 5

TKE's
3 x 15 reps x average band

DB farmers walks
3 x 80 steps each leg x 65lbs

Full dead bug
3 x 25 reps
