4/1 Deadlift and Tire Medley

Traveled to Minnesota over the weekend for my Grandma's funeral. She was very old and sick, so it was for the best. I spent 2 verrrry long days traveling, leaving my house at 6:30 am Friday and returning at 1:30am on Sunday, with a 24 hour stay in MN in between.

I wasn't feeling very sharp and I paid for it in the training...

1) Deadlift, bar on 3" mats-Up to 725x2
2) Deadlift, from floor-515x5x3 w/ 1 min b/t sets

3) Tire Flip/Sandbag Carry Medley-Big Tire (850-1000 pounds) for 25m, then a 200+ pound sandbag for 25m. I did this for 2 rounds and was absolutely wiped out after, spending a good 10 minutes laying on the gym floor.
