4/4 Arm over Arm Pull

3 sets of 75' pulling the Prowler loaded with about 7 plates per side. Took 6 minutes rest b/t sets and finished each set in 34-37 seconds.

Using the Prowler and the rope I have is tough because the rope is very stretchy so it makes it difficult to maintain any inertia from pull to pull.

Here is my 3rd set...



That was all the training for today due to extreme arm pump.
