Day 1 Week 4 - Squats/bench VID

Today starts a block. We started the week today instead of Sunday because of Easter. Not the best of scenarios, after hitting bench hard yesterday and finishing 5 circuits of accessory exercises... regardless, i am really focusing on getting all the weeks work in however and whenever I can get it. Overall, today was good, check it out:

*way too tight, not used to poly and the tightness, just haven't been in a suit or briefs let alone a combo in a 5 weeks.
