Standing Strict BB OHP- up to 185x8x3 sets.
Push Press- 245x1; 275x1; 315x2- not quite locked cause i lost my balance. Just screwing around cause somebody else was maxing out and i havent done them since highschool.
closegrip 2-board bench- 185x15; 225x12; 245x10x2 sets.
--trying to save my shoulders so limiting ROM on non bench days instead of full range flat db press
DB flyes- 35x15; 45x15; 55x12x3 sets
superset with supported rows- 15 reps, so 5 sets total. These are fairly light to make sure im hitting the right spots for shoulder health. Doing them to fix shoulder not move stupid weights.
pulldowns- 5 sets of 15-20, light and controlled and they burned like hell
stretch pecs and lats
