Friday, Box Squat, PR
Supposed to train on Thursday. Spent all Wednesday afternoon and evening sleeping and trying to sleep but couldn't from coughing and blowing my nose. Sweating, freezing, etc...
Repeat on Thursday.
Felt like crap on Friday morning but I just can't stay in bed, on the couch, on in my chair 24/7.
Cooked, ate, off to the gym.
My briefs slipped on like a pair of Hammer Pants! I could Olympic Squat the empty bar in them...even with the belt on.
Adding my suit was no different.
