Monday Lower and starting 2-a-day cardios again...

Monday Lower

DL from floor- up to heavy 5, not max- 565x5 sumo
DL w/ plates on 4inch block up to heavy 3- 565x3; 605x3; 655x2-- just gassed
SLDL standing on 4" block- 425x8
body lunges x10 rep/leg x 3 sets
sled drag backward 2 trips

no front squats tonight.

My DL felt like shit tonight, as did everyone elses. I was hinging at the back, not the hips, even from the blocks. But i could have done 9-10 with 565 from floor so its a good starting point even for a bad day. Plenty of rrom for progress next 8 weeks till meet.

Oh, started doing cardio twice a day also.

before training 30 min (i would prefer after)
