massage hips/hams upper back

incline bench- 365x3 sets at 5/5/6
seated db OHP- 85x10; 95x8; 95x8; 95x7
supported t-bar row 5 sets of 12
each set of rows followed by flat db flyes x10

rehab work 2 rounds of Y/T/I's per mike robertson's shoulder savers article

stretch and roll pecs and lats


Shoulder starting to loosen up from all the work. Im spending more time rehabing for flexibility and mobility than actually training. Seems like its paying off but time will tell.
