4/12 Axle Jerks, Yoke/Farmers, Arm over Arm with Videos

This will be my last heavy session before next weekend's Sin City Strongman Challenge III, besides some work on the stones (my 1st time ever) I'll be doing sunday at Odd Haugen's spot in Thousand Oaks...

1) Axle Jerks from the Rack-Up to 375x1, I have used a split jerk the past 2 sessions, it isn't pretty but it is definitely working better than a push jerk/press.



2) Yoke/Farmers Medley-900 Pound Yoke for 25m and 765 Trap Bar Carry for 25m in 44 seconds. Five seconds faster than last week with 50 pounds more on the Yoke and 90 more on the Trap Bar. I moved the bar of the Yoke down 1 hole, so I had to squat it more at the start but it was a smoother walk. I think I'll move it down 1 more at the competition.



3) Arm over Arm Pull-Worked up to 16 Plates on the Prowler for 1 set of 70ish feet, I only did one set and made it in 40 seconds which is 4 seconds slower than last week but 90 pounds heavier.
