Saturday-Conditioning/recovery

-Sled drag down, upper body exercises chest press, hang cleans, curls, tri ext
-Return trip, sprints
-Total time, 20 minutes

Contrast shower

So I decided to combine conditioning with some recovery work. I have read that because there is no negative to sled exercises it's great for reccovery and will not lend to soreness. Well, I woke up sore as $hit! So much for sled dragging for recovery. However, I really enjoyed sprinting with the sled. It goes with my running theme. I will keep this part in my program.
