Last Sat Leg Day with Videos

Leg Day

Seated Leg Curls with elitefts Bands
* 4 warm up sets
* 4 work sets

GHR with elitefts Pummel Medicine Ball
* 1 warm up set
* 2 work sets

Elitefts Reverse Band Yoke Bar Squats
*6-7 warm up sets
* 3 work sets
* 1 killer set

Decline Reverse Band Squats Using Foam Slants
* 1 warm up set
* 2 work sets

* The ball was used to stay more upright - making this more like a front squat

Leg Extension - Leg press Super Set
* 4 rotations

Elitefts Core Blaster Stiff Legs
* 1 warm up set
* 4 work sets

I see I missed posting a couple sessions:

Back was trained last

Chest was training on Sunday

Monday was off

Tuesday - shoulders and abs

... and back was trained last week.

I have been getting all my sessions in my my log is a mess. My plate is really full right now so I will do the best I can keeping my log updated.

The videos seem to do well in my log so I will try to keep posting them as often as I can. If you do follow my log please keep an eye on our articles page. I have been trying to get out 1-2 per week.
