hade to cut the workout short. i was asked to speak to the WNY high school football coaches
ME squat/DL i was up in Maine for the AWPC worlds coaching one of my training partners. so i did some light GM and bent rows in the warm-up room.
speed bench 9x3 225 straight weigth
DB ext. 5x10 60lbs
face pulls 3x20 150'bs
front plate raises 3x20 45lbs
push downs 3x20 full stack
now that all my traveling is done i can now concentrate on getting ready for november.
