5/3/1 Programming on Time Constraints: VIDEO

I've had one client that trained on a 5/3/1 based program that I've found worked for geared lifters. His main issue was that he worked swing shifts and it cut into the time that he had to train in the gym, which really made it difficult to train properly in gear with this method.
