Day 1 week 6 - Squats & CG Bench

was dead meat today. Just felt lethargic and lazy. I think the combination of stress from my father-in-laws passing and the amount of work training wise from last week paid a toll on us. Weight felt heavy and moved slow, but overall the stimuli needed for today was accomplished, check it out:

The volume was not high today in comparison, but again, last week kicked our ass and I think we are still bouncing back from that work. Which made today feel harder than it should have.

Soon after this, we spent 4 hours looking at homes (Kansas City Parade of Homes was this weekend). We are about 10 months from building a house so this was a great way to get ideas, visit with builders and more importantly see their work. Pretty excited on that front. We have been at this house since 2004, it was my first home purchase. It has morphed from a bachelor pad, to a newly wed pad to a now more subtle family home. Point is, its time for chapter 2.
