Tuesday

20 minute walk with 40 lb weight vest
4 minute airdyne tabata
Foam roll upper and lower
Softball roll pecs and shoulders

The walk did not get my heart pumping enough in my opinion so when I got home I jumped on the airdyne. The tabata protocol on the airdyne really got my heart pumping. The rest of the recovery work felt great.
