Massage upper back, hips and hammies

Incline Bench- 315x6x3sets
Dips- 5sets of 10 slow full reps
Superset DB flyes 55lbs and low rows 3 rounds of 12 reps each

superset- lat pulldowns behind neck and front-raise shrug; 3 rounds of 12 reps each

stretch pecs, shoulders, lats and rotators
