Curl bar w/4 chains 3x10
Good session. However, I have to make sure my bicep work is all concentrated. I was swinging up some of the curl bar + chains and it definitely put a lot of stress on my shoulders. They ended up getting very sore. Plus I got a quick bout of tendonitis. If I am going to train 4 days in a row I have to pay close attention to my body.
