5/2 Deadlift-Squat w/ Video

Started training with Brandon Campbell today. He is coming to the Juggs. He has been competing in Strongman for 6-7 years so he should be a good resource for me to learn.

1) Deadlift-Up to 685x3 w/ straps

2) Deadlift-565x6 sets of 4 reps, 1 minute rest b/t sets, some with straps, some without

3) Squat-445x5, 525x5, 605x5, pretty happy with this since my back was smoked. A few months ago I did 610x7 for a PR




4) GHRs-4x15

5) Shrugs-4x15 w/ 365

6) Ab Wheel-3x10 wearing 50# vest
