Day 3 week 7 - Deadlifts & Squats

Today, I finally began to feel strong or at least like I should be lifting the weights needed for today. I was not yet thrilled like normal to be at the gym but certainly not wanting to NOT be there at all.

Glad it's turned around, last day of this phase/block and these last 4 weeks were very challenging but I am realizing tremendous benefit from the work.

*not bad at all

Pseudo SL Sumo w/180lbs chain
335 + chain x 2 reps
385 + chain x 2 reps
425 + chain x 2 reps
405 + chain x 4 sets x 2 reps

1.5 squats w/80lbs chain
bar + chain x 2 reps
Briefs on
335 + chain x 2 reps
435 + chain x 2 reps
415 + chain x 4 sets x 2 reps

This session took like 2 hours plus, so as soon as we finished the last set we booked it. Long.......
