Wed Lower

Front squats: 405x5; 495x5; 585x1-miss rolled off my shoulder
Bent rows: up to 365x15; 415x12, 465x8
4" deficit speed pulls: 455x3x6sets w/ 90sec rest between
1-arm db rows: 1 set each arm 100lbs x 40 reps
Pulldowns: 1 DC style rest pause at stack x15/12/7



Did front squat instead of hacks this week for a change. I had to get out quick so we ran 2 squats racks to cut the time in half
